If there are any issues with your purchase (fingers crossed there isn't), we do have a return policy for eligible items, which we accept within 30 days of your receipt. Items for return must not be opened or used and must be in their original packaging.
Track My Order
Once you've made a purchase from tgod.ca, you will receive an e-mail of the receipt confirming your order. Your shipment will be on its way with your order number and shipping method. Please enter these on the Canada Post or Purolator page to track its status. Or, if we can ever help, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer care team at email@example.com.
Depending on the purchase, orders may take up to a few business days to weeks to be processed and shipped, depending on which items you have purchased.
