Executive Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Green Organic Dutchman is seeking an Executive administrative assistant with 2+ years of experience working in a law office or corporate environment. This is not a reception role, but the successful candidate will assist the Executive and Business Development teams with a variety of support-based, administrative duties. Strong verbal and written skills, with a talent for details and impeccable organizational abilities are essential for success in this position.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule meetings between CEO and clients by taking the lead on email correspondence and arranging the particulars
Ensure network events and meetings have been entered into calendars and confirm that invites have been sent out to all parties
Prepare promotional materials to support Business Development team
Provide basic customer service support
Assist with organizing client events
Assist with price quotes ad quote follow-ups
Attend and take minutes at weekly meetings, as well as prepare meetings and agendas
Edit documents for spelling, grammar and punctuation
Book restaurant reservations
Order and maintain office supplies
Respond to telephone calls
Printing, photocopying and scanning

REQUIREMENTS

College or University Graduate
Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience
Calendar management and scheduling experience
Strong attention to detail and extremely organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
Comfortable on the phone with ability to provide thoughtful, friendly and professional customer service
Ability to handle high volumes of emails and work in a fast paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
